Every business can grow and improve by getting consistent feedback from customers. With Keepity it is easy to create surveys, get reviews and challenge your customers.
What is a survey?
Obviously, a survey is a way to get your customers input. Keepity keeps surveys short and to the point so they can be filled in on both the desktop or on the mobile phone. Surveys are segmented into 3 - General, Service, and Facilities. You can choose to create questions in one, two or all of the categories. You can target a survey to all consumers, or you can target it to just consumers who are near one of your store locations, or to a specific group of your store locations. Getting feedback is important, but how do you get consumers to participate? Keepity makes it simple to "attach" one of your offers to the survey. The consumer will be notified that they can KEEP the offer if they fill out the survey. Consumers will be more likely to participate if they get rewarded.
What is a challenge?
A challenge is similar to a survey, except there is always a "right" answer to every question. You can use challenges to educate your customers on your business. For instance, if you want to get the word out that you are now selling tropical drinks, you might create a challenge that asks the consumer questions about your tropical drink selection. Just like surveys, you can target a challenge to all consumers , to just consumers near one of your store locations or near a specific group of your store locations. Also, like surveys, you can "attach" one of your offers to the survey. The consumer can only KEEP the offer after they have completed the challenge correctly! You can make the offer very valuable and only let consumers KEEP it if they answer the challenge questions correctly the first time. Or, you can attach a normal offer and let the consumer try the challenge over and over until they get rewarded. What a great way to educate and entertain your valued customers.
How do I create a survey or a challenge?
Fill out the simple form Add Survey or Challengethat is listed underneath the Feedback tab. The form lets you create questions for your survey. With a few clicks You can "attach" the survey to your online store, or to a specific store location or grouping of stores. That allows you to target specific customers to answer the survey. You can also then connect the survey to one of your offers as a reward. See the documentation for more details on surveys or challenges.
How do I see survey results?
The Survey Manager that is listed underneath the Feedback tab gives you data on your surveys and challenges. You can find out how many customers participated, you can get results and you can get the results grouped according to your store locations. The form lets you create questions for your survey. What are reviews?
Of course you know what reviews are. Keepity lets the consumer review your business in 140 characters or less. We keep reviews short because it encourages more consumers to participate and they are easy to write and read when the consumer is using their mobile. Plus, a bad review can't be too damaging if its restricted in size. Keepity will aggregate your reviews from your different store locations and groupings so you can see if reviews are leaning in one direction or the other based on geographic location of the consumer.
