My store locations
Do I have to input my store locations?
If you want to create an In-store offer to drive traffic to your store, you need to enter your store locations. We use your store locations to determine which consumers see your offer. By entering your location data we can do accurate geopositioning and deliver your In-store offers only to the consumers who are within a reasonable distance (100 miles) from your store.
Delivery of In-store offers
When a consumer KEEPs one of your offers, they OPT IN to your business. If you subsequently create another offer, that offer will be emailed and texted to that consumer. Plus the offer will be visible on the Keepity website to all consumers. If you create an In-store offer and you have a single store in New York, then that offer will be emailed or texted to the consumer that lives in New York. It will only be sent to , and visible to, consumers who are geographically near the New York store. Keepity defaults to showing your In-store offers to any consumer who is within 100 miles of one of your store locations.However, the consumer is allowed to change that radius if they like.
What if I don't have any store locations?
If you have no store locations, then all of your offers are considered 'Online' and marked as such, because they are seen by every consumer in the country.
How do I input my store locations
You add store locations by selecting the Locations Manager tab then selecting Add a New Location tab. If you have many locations you can batch upload a file by using the Upload a File of Locations tab. Once you add your location(s) you can then create an offer and "ATTACH" it to a single store, all your stores, or just to particular groupings of your stores. What if I have many store locations?
If you have multiple stores, Keepity lets you group the stores regionally so that you can direct certain Offers to certain regions. For example, a Winter Coat Sale offer might only be available in the north east region of the US, and a "Swimwear Discount" could be directed just to your stores in the southern states. Keepity lets you easily group your stores and direct Offers to only those consumers near those stores. What if I don't have any store locations?
If you have no store locations, then all of your offers are considered 'ONLINE" and marked as such. They will be seen by all consumers because they don't have any geography associated with them. They will also be sent via email or text to every consumer who has OPTed In to your business.
