What are Analytics?
New thinking.
The Keepity platform has unique tracking capabilities that are not available in existing media software. Most analytics stop when the consumer sees or clicks on a link. Keepity allows the consumer to KEEP and REDEEM your promotion, showing a higher level of interest that, until now, has not been able to be tracked. So, of course, you want to track your ad campaigns to identify which are the most effective. In addition to the traditional, view count, click through counts and email analysis, Keepity can track more meaningful data such as:
- Keep count-how many consumers have kept your offer
- Redeem count- how many consumers have redeemed your offer
- Opt In count- how many consumers are opted-in to your business
- Text count- how many consumers are opted-in and using texting as their notification choice
More Innovation
Keepity further innovates by analysing data by store location, store grouping or by the entire franchise. Using Keepity's grouping feature, you can target offers to particular stores or groups of stores, and then easily identify which stores are performing better in which ad campaigns. Keepity's breakthrough technology finally provides analysis that benefits both the single store business and enterprise level business supporting thousands of locations and online customers.

An Example
Lets say , you are the owner of the famous Maria's Pizza which has 200 restaurants nationwide. You create an offer called "Free Toppings" and "attach" it to all of the Maria's stores.
What does "attach" mean? When you "attach" the ad to the entire franchise, then any consumer within the vicinity of ANY Maria's location will see the same offer. If you "attach" the offer to only a single store, then only consumers within the vicinity of that store (100 miles) will see the offer. Keepity also allows you to group your stores by region , so you can "attach" the offer to one of your regions.
Now back to the example. Since you attached the offer to all stores, consumers all over the country will see the offer when they are near any of your locations. For example, a consumer is standing near a Maria 's Pizza at 1 Elm St.. They will see a list of offers on their phone, and one will be the Maria's "Free Toppings!" offer. That will increment the view count of that ad, but specifically ,for that location at 1 Elm St. If a different customer is at a different Maria's in another state, let say at 2 Main St. , they will see the same offer, and the "view count" will be incremented - however the view count will be incremented specifically for the location at 2 Main St.. Furthermore, if the consumer clicks through to see the full webpage, that will increment the clickthrough count for that offer, specifically for that location at 2 Main St.
Finally, Keepity delivers state-of-the-art analytics by tracking the KEEP and REDEEM counts for the offer. This goes far beyond the traditional view/clickthrough analysis. The KEEP count tells you customers with an extremely high level of interest. Customers who have KEPT the offer,, have saved it in their database and intend to visit your location again. In addition they will now see offer many additional times as they are browsing their database. The REDEEM count is of course the highest level of interaction- the customer has used the offer at your location.
How do I see survey results?
The Survey Manager that is listed underneath the Feedback tab gives you data on your surveys and challenges. You can find out how many customers participated, you can get results and you can get the results grouped according to your store locations. The form lets you create questions for your survey. With a few clicks See the documentation for more details on Survey Manager.
What are reviews?
Of course you know what reviews are. Keepity lets the consumer review your business in 140 characters or less. We keep reviews short because it encourages more consumers to participate and they are easy to write and read when the consumer is using their mobile. Plus, a bad review can't be too damaging if its restricted in size. Keepity will aggregate your reviews from your different store locations and groupings so you can see if reviews are leaning in one direction or the other based on geographic location of the consumer. See the documentation for more details on Review Manager.
