What is grouping?
Managing multiple store locations
Your business has multiple locations- maybe a few, or maybe thousands. Managing ad campaigns for multiple stores is never easy. Keepity can help to group your stores and target offers to the different groups.
How do I group my stores?
First you need to enter your locations. Click here if you haven't read about entering your locations.
After you have entered your locations there is a simple form that lets you create groupings for your locations in any way you like. You can group them geographically or by type of store. For instance, you can group all of your drive-through stores in a group called "DriveThrough" and all of your non drive through stores in a group called "Regular".
Once you create your groups, there is another form that lets you place your locations in one of those groups.
How do I target offers to the different groups?
When you create an offer , there is a dropdown called "ATTACH OFFER TO" , that shows you all of your locations and your groupings. This dropdown lets you attach the offer to one of your groups. Then, only customers near one of the stores in that group will see the offer.
What if I want the offer to be seen at all of my stores?
When you create an offer , one of the entries in the dropdown called "ATTACH OFFER TO" is called "ALL LOCATIONS". If you select "ALL LOCATIONS" then any consumer near any of your stores will see the offer.
What if I have an offer for my online store?
When you create an offer , one of the entries in the dropdown called "ATTACH OFFER TO" is called "ONLINE". If you select "ONLINE" then all consumers, regardless of their physical location will see the offer.
What if I don't have any physical locations?
If you have no store locations, when you create an offer , the only entry in the dropdown called "ATTACH OFFER TO" is called "ONLINE". So , any offer you create will be considered an "ONLINE" offer and all consumers, regardless of their physical location will see the offer.
Analytics for the store groups
When you group your locations, you get the added benefit that your analytics are broken down by individual store and by store groupings. That way you can see which group of stores are getting a better response from your ad campaigns. See Analytics for more information.
