Attach Survey To
You can have a survey be viewed by all consumers or only those consumers near your store locations. In order to restrict the survey to consumers near your locations, you first need to add your store locations. See documentation here If you are only an online business and have no store locations, this step is unnecessary. You can enter your store locations then combine your stores into groups if you like. The Attach Survey dropdown will show your individual store locations and any groups that you created. If you want this survey to be seen by customers that are near any of your stores, simply select "all locations" in the attach to dropdown. If you want it to be directed to a group of stores, then select the group that you created. You can also select "online" if you want all consumers to see it.
Author
Name of the person who is writing this survey
Limit Per Customer
How many times a customer is allowed to fill out this survey.
Password
You may want only customers that have purchased something to be able to fill out the survey. In that case, you can specify a password which the customer will have to enter before filling out the survey. Of course, if you specify a password, you need to have a method to tell them what the password is. Many businesses will print it at the bottom of their receipt or place it on a sign in their location.
Questions
This section is where you create your survey. Surveys have 3 different types of questions:
Yes/No
The customer can select YES or NO as the answer. They can also answer NA (not applicable)
Rate
The customer will be shown 5 smiley faces (Angry,Sad,Calm,Smiling, Laughing). They choose the smiley that best answers the question. They can also answer NA (not applicable)
Checkbox
You may enter up to 4 answers to a question. The customer selects the answer that most matches their opinion.
